These terms describe Bulin 47 Generator’s proposed one-time digital video service, account responsibilities, content restrictions and order handling. Purchases remain closed while the required launch checks are pending.
Operator and service
Bulin 47 Generator at https://bulin47generator.com is operated by zhongyao, an individual based in China. It is an independent AI recreation tool, not an official artist product or endorsement. It offers a proposed single digital AI video from a consenting adult photo; no physical goods are sold. Contact support@bulin47generator.com.
Acceptance, eligibility and account security
Use is limited to adults aged 18 or older. Before an order can be accepted, you must agree to the applicable service terms, content policy and photo-consent requirements. Do not use the service if you do not agree. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and report unauthorized access to support. Your account is required to retrieve a private result. Do not access another person’s account, bypass review or interfere with security controls.
Your photo, consent and limited processing permission
Submit only an adult photo that you are entitled to use, with the pictured person’s permission for AI processing. You authorize the processing and storage needed to deliver and review the requested service, as described in the Privacy Policy at https://bulin47generator.com/privacy. This permission does not transfer ownership of your input to the operator or authorize unrelated reuse. Consent and age statements are self-declarations, not verified identity. Do not submit children, non-consensual material or third-party content you cannot lawfully use.
One video purchase and payment platform
When purchases open, the base price is $9.90 USD for one 19-second 480p 9:16 MP4. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, automatic recharge or free generation. One internal generation entitlement is not a public recharge product. Waffo Pancake is the selected payment platform; merchant approval and live payment verification remain pending, and live checkout is disabled. The $9.90 price excludes tax. Applicable tax is added at checkout based on your billing details; the complete amount is shown before you confirm a payment. Do not pay while purchases are closed.
AI model, output and delivery
The proposed generation processor is Kie using bytedance/seedance-2-5; production generation is disabled pending supplier acceptance and operational checks. Photo approval must precede payment, and full video/audio approval must precede delivery. AI likeness, motion and sound can vary, and review adds waiting time. The output is AI-generated entertainment, not a real recording or proof of an event. Native generated audio is not the original soundtrack; exact soundtrack restoration and artist voice imitation are not promised. Output access is proposed for 30 days from the first archive attempt, subject to the Privacy Policy; there is no perpetual storage guarantee.
Uncertain orders, failures and refunds
Closing a page does not cancel a confirmed purchase. Unknown payment or supplier acceptance is reconciled before another attempt; a timeout is not a confirmed failure. A positively confirmed generation failure with ledger compensation can qualify for one included retry, not unlimited attempts or another charge. Refund requests require support review of payment and delivery facts and the merchant platform’s process. No automatic cash refund or processing deadline is promised. Input and output rights
You retain any rights you hold in your input. Generated output may contain third-party rights and may not qualify for exclusive copyright. Delivery is not a guarantee of ownership, commercial licensing, non-infringement or artist endorsement. You remain responsible for using output lawfully and not representing it as genuine footage. The operator must separately establish fixed reference-media rights; this responsibility is not shifted to your photo-consent declaration.
Content standards and prohibited categories
The Acceptable Use Policy at https://bulin47generator.com/aup applies to all photos, instructions, generated video and audio, and use of private download links. The following six categories are prohibited individually, whether submitted as input or requested as output. Bypassing review, fraud, unlawful distribution and security abuse are also prohibited.
Pornography / NSFW
Do not submit, request or distribute pornography, sexual exploitation, sexualized nudity or non-consensual intimate content through this service. These restrictions apply to photos, instructions, generated video and audio.
Violence / gore
Do not submit or generate extreme graphic violence, gore, abuse, or content encouraging violence, terrorism or self-harm. Unclear material must remain pending review rather than being approved.
Hate speech
Do not generate hateful abuse, dehumanization, threats or harassment directed at people or protected groups. These restrictions apply to both visible content and audible speech.
Child safety / CSAM
Adult subjects only. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized minors and child exploitation are prohibited. A self-declared age is not verified identity. Uncertain age or consent must not be approved.
Deepfakes / impersonation
Only consenting-adult creative recreation is within the intended use. Non-consensual or deceptive impersonation is prohibited. Do not present AI output as an authentic recording, endorsement, political statement or evidence, or request imitation of a real artist’s voice.
Copyright / trademark infringement
Do not submit or generate content that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity or privacy rights. You must have the necessary photo permissions. Fixed reference performance and audio rights require separate operator clearance before generation opens. Attribution, competitor use and a non-affiliation disclaimer do not establish permission.
Moderation and review
The required launch workflow is manual administrator review of each input photo before payment and full generated video playback, including audio, before customer preview or download. Pending, rejected or changed content cannot be delivered. Review decisions bind to the private asset fingerprint and versioned rules. A prompt scan, single-frame inspection or provider safety flag is not a substitute for complete output review. Live moderator operations are not yet verified; purchases and generation remain disabled until this workflow is operational. No public user gallery is enabled.
Reporting and appeals
Report unsafe content, suspected infringement, an account-security issue or a disputed review decision to support@bulin47generator.com. Include the request/order reference, relevant page and a concise explanation of the issue or rights claimed. Do not attach private media, identity documents, card details or credentials unless an appropriate secure process has been agreed. The operator reviews the report and relevant stored decisions, may request necessary clarification, and can correct a review decision after re-review. There is no automated response or guaranteed response deadline; mandatory legal requirements still apply.
Enforcement
An administrator can reject an input or output, retain it as pending review, and ban an account to block further access. Customer link issuance remains blocked until approval; access to expired or deleted private assets is denied. Physical cleanup is bounded and can be delayed by storage errors. Already issued bearer links cannot be instantly recalled. There is no automatic credit forfeiture or automatic cash refund. Paid, uncertain or disputed requests require payment and delivery reconciliation before retry or refund decisions; a moderation rejection alone does not establish a cash refund or a successful generation.
Breach, suspension and termination
For a material breach, suspected fraud, unsafe content or a legal requirement, the operator may reject a request, keep content pending review or ban the account to prevent further service access. You must stop the prohibited conduct and must not bypass a restriction through another account. You can request account closure or appeal by contacting support. A restriction does not automatically forfeit a paid entitlement, erase transaction records or settle a refund. Unresolved payments and accepted supplier tasks must be reconciled, and mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. Content removal uses the available private-asset controls and bounded cleanup, not an instant recall of downloaded copies.
Availability, limitations and disputes
The service is not currently accepting purchases while reference rights, moderation operations, model delivery and payment checks are pending. Third-party availability and AI limitations can affect results; no fixed completion time or perfect resemblance is guaranteed. Contact support with a charge or delivery dispute and retain the order reference. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, or requires you to give up a mandatory right to seek assistance from an authority or payment provider.
Policy changes and contact
The displayed date identifies this policy revision. Changes will be published on the policy pages; the applicable purchase terms cannot be silently changed for an existing frozen order.
